Our Founder & Creative Director

Zarghun Dean

Zarghun Dean took an idea (TRIBEZA Magazine) and built it into a multi-million dollar media, event, and design company by collaborating with amazing talents like Dan WintersPeter Yang,Lauren Smith Ford, and Tim McClure. Along the way, the brand picked up numerous awards and became the recognized voice of Austin's creative class. He has also worked with some amazing companies and non-profits like Texas MonthlyFour Seasons HotelService MenswearCentral Texas Food BankGusto Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar, and AIA Austin to elevate their presence in the real world and online.

Today, he leads our team at Super Varsity and guides companies to understand their own brand potential and help them reach it. Super Varsity is the creative space where he takes simple ideas and transforms them into powerful results for our clients.

Community Manager

Super Varsity is passionate about building strong communities. Whether incubating our own projects ( or supporting one of our clients, our Community Manager plays a central role in the success of the communities we help build. This role is largely focused on research and content creation for websites and social media but will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities.

position details

  • Part-time/contract: 10-15 hours per week
  • Pay: $12-16/hour (DOE) + bonus
  • Remote with weekly (or as needed) in-person meetings - must be based in Austin, Tx
